I really need help

Go into device manager, look for ethernet adaptors, expand it and find the ethernet adaptor, right click and update driver, select the default option I can't remember what it's called but something like "on this computer"

Worth a try I had similar recently with a new windows device and for some reason the network card driver wasn't installed on a brand new device

Was this all that came back? Was there no label “physical address” ? If not it means it doesn’t recognise there’s even a network adapter in the computer. That means either faulty hardware or a driver/software issue. As advised, look for little yellow exclamation marks in device manager next to something that looks like it’s your network adapter. That would suggest a driver issue.

This would be my starting point. Can you ping your router IP? Probably 192.168.1.1 if it comes back with a ping failure then it's either cable, or you've messed with the static ip settings.

I got new drivers and also checked and they were fine. Their was more on the config I just didn’t know if I should share all the information on their I don’t know much about it so I didn’t want the risk

Obviously we’re all random people on the internet so I would say this, but you’re not really giving anything that would compromise you by pasting the whole output here and I can’t help if I don’t have all the information. And remember also from a working computer attached to the same cable if you have one as it’ll really be useful to compare the two.

It won’t show anything of any real use to a hacker. But it will show how the networking is currently configured on your PC. And the reason the same thing has been requested from a working PC is it helps to see if the issue is only at the PC end or if there is some issue with the router as well.
