I'd start with going through all those files and truthfully asking myself if they were needed. I almost filled my 80g drive a while back, and after going through it in the above way recovered half the space.
Then replace the 200 and 250 each with a 750. that's going to give you and extra 1TB of space alone.
Although I really can't understand how anyone could ever need all that space personally.
