There are three ways to change your name.
The first is to politely email a don or admin and explain the reasons for wanting to change and they may grant your request.
The second (as demonstrated here) is to post a thread asking for a new name and get given some random name from a passing bored admin. Usually in the form of a poll.
The third (and arguably the funniest) is to make a post stating your hatred for the use of the word "pankake". The resulting furor will see your name/avatar/signature/location etc all be changed to something pancake related. http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18260678
