I want PhysX but I want 5870x2!

Sounds like a very retarded move by nvidia to lock out physx if their card isn't the main one. On top of the mobile graphics fiasco (two of my mates had laptops that died, my 8600M GT has been lucky...so far), their proprietary SLI license/lockout regime, their casual rebadging of old parts as new, and the inability to run ordinary desktop drivers on a laptop GPU without INF modding, I've decided to punish them where it hurts and vote with my wallet.

I would advise you not to wait for GT300 and jump straight to Team Red. Forget about PhysX (that didn't even work properly in Mirror's Edge for me!!), DX11 Compute will take care of that stuff.
