3Dmark05 i believe would be your best bet

Thats about right then, fancy overclocking your CPU and graphics you should see a decent increase? (2.4ghz should be possible on that motherboard, more than that might need extra voltage)

Just been trying fear and prey demos they run sweet so im rather not clock them till needed.
