I just looked up Dids on the standard place for looking up slang you don't understand... it couldn't help me either...

I think I can have, I had my photo in a Magazine once, and I was on TV - kind of - I was in the background as Jake Humphrey walked past commentating the London Marathon...

Got to page 4 of Google searching for did and found nothing. Doubtless it's a highly sophisticated term that is beyond most people. I'm certain it's not just a perforative.
 
I won Rockbusters on the Ricky Gervais Xfm show. Forgot to put my address in the email with my answers so they weren't going to send me the prizes, then Karl talked them round saying they could just email me back. :)

That reminds me, I won an Xfm quiz years ago at about 5 in the morning. In my text I included the answer and the message "Don't want the prize though thanks" lol. Best part is that they announced that two people have text in and guessed right, and neither want the prize!

It was tickets for some pokey band to play at some pokey place, both of which I'd never heard of. Yeah I'm mainstream, so sue me.
 
Why are people not reading other peoples answers :)

Dids are ******, Gippos.. Travellers, Paddy who won Big Brother is a Did.

Did is short for Didikai and is a term used for certain travellers, all I know is that they are Dids.
