And yes as far as i was concerned the 1 month was up and yes the server has then been given to someone else.

Not a clue why you paid if thats really the situation tbh

Thats like you moving out of a house/flat someone else moving in then the Landlord deciding he wants to charge you another months rent

By you or the company? Just clarifying as it's not 100% clear who "gave" the server over to someone new. Clearly if it was them then there's really no argument about it - but if that was the case why are they charging you for more than 1 month in total?
