I7 2600k over clocked using asrock fatality m/b

ok just to summarise i have used the following setting on 4.5 oc and 4.8 oc

Hi for a 4.5ghz overclock i used the following settings

CPU Ratio Setting: manual
Max Ratio: 45
Internal PLL Overvoltage: Enabled
Internal speedstep technology disabled
turbo boost power limit auto
additional turbo voltage auto
core current limit 100
host clock override (BCLK) 100.0mhz
spread spectrum disabled
under voltage control
Power Save mode disabled
CPU Core voltage -1.304v offset mode
offset voltage -0.015v
CPU load-line calibration level2
DRAM voltage 1.560v
PCH voltage 1.059v (auto)
CPU Pull Voltage 1.709v
VTT voltage 1.051v (auto)
VCCSA voltage 0.925v (auto)
under CPU configaration i have...
intel hyper threading technology enabled
active processor cores all
hardware prefetcher enabled
adjacent cache line prefetch enabled
enhanced halt state (c1E) disabled
cpu c3 state support disabled
package c state support disabled
cpu thermal throttling disabled
intel virtualization technology enabled
no-execute memory protection disabled

this works fine (so far) stress tests fine and runs ok.... below are the settings i used for 4.8ghz OC
Note: if i did not enable Internal speedstep technology and put the turbo boost power limit MANUAL
with the long/short power limits when i did a stress test using prime95 the clock speed would drop to about 4ghz when i enabled these settings
the clock speed held at 4800 (googled the issue someone else fixed it by doing this)
these settings stress test fine but found just using pc normally windows, email watching movie on media player i kept getting blue screen crashes

CPU Ratio Setting: manual
Max Ratio: 48
Internal PLL Overvoltage: Enabled
Internal speedstep technology ENABLED
turbo boost power limit MANUAL
-short duration power limit(W) 180
-long duration power limit(W) 140
Lond duration maintained(sec) 1
additional turbo voltage auto
core current limit 100
host clock override (BCLK) 100.0mhz
spread spectrum disabled
under voltage control
Power Save mode disabled
CPU Core voltage -1.304v offset mode
offset voltage +0.015v
CPU load-line calibration level2
DRAM voltage 1.560v
PCH voltage 1.059v (auto)
CPU Pull Voltage 1.709v

so u think i should put DRAM to 1.6v? what else shall i amend and to what?
