i7 930 temp issue

any other ideas on how i could bring down the temps

yes well that was my reason for getting the i7 930 i was using the 920 before and i still seem to be having the same problem ive also tried another motherboard but still no change

i am using the i7 930 but remember it also has HT

OK well firstly I have the Silverstone FT02 so all the heat comes out the top of my case but I do have my corsair h50 at the top so that could be part of the problem

I will do a cold boot shortly then tell you guys the temps

well i will have a little move around within my case to see if i can bring down the temps a little

well the cold boot temp was 38.5c

i moved the rad to the bottom of my case and temps are about the same maybe 1c cooler

I have the pump connected to the PSU and the fans are connected to my fan controller set to max

Well ive just change to cpu voltage to 1.1v and that has brought the cold boot temps to 34c

but I was looking forward to overclocking to around 4GHz 1 day but it does not seem im going to be able to that with these temp problems

air flow is pretty good and room temp is 22c at the moment
