i7 Overclocking......

As far as you want to push it mate!

Most folk here aim for 4-4.2GHz, but I know guys running 4.5GHz under water.

I've seen people pushing loads more voltage through their chips than what the Intel Spec Sheets say, though they are using extreme cooling..

True mate but he said safe, i would not like to recomend to lets say a newer member of the community to shove 1.x volts etc just cause the XS guys do if you know what im saying :D

If he is using 1600MHz ram then yes, but tbh, using 191x21 wont make much if any difference to performance.

True. there's no noticeable difference but not all Mobo's likes the 21 multiplier. I also noticed that my Mobo Asus RIIE is showing different TDP's as the multiplier varies.

191x21 = 150.xx W
200x20 = 130 W
211x19 = 111.xx W

Something which I believed affects how hot your system will run specially during benchies.

yep, wasnt stable for me, although im pretty sure its my chip with the limit and not the board actually - I have been reading that the board is a very good overclocker

Have you tried upgrading the BIOS? Could benefit your mobo some way or another. Me? i've done 5 or 6 bios update before I manage to clock it stably.
