that is my main problem with rgb software..
it is better to get a hardware solution (a controller) so it doesn't break your system :)

My 10850k is locking to 4.8, it wont go above this or for split seconds some cores will drop to 800mhz. Is this because of the Aorus EasyTune software you reckon? I have it installed and its on 'Default'. I've turned off MCE and a bunch of other stuff, enabled C States etc.... still locked at 4.8.

If I uninstall EasyTune, can I get back to normal? Or do I need to clear CMOS?
