I plan to test it once I've got the new one bedded in and a stable overclock going. More interested in seeing the results of it at 4.6-5Ghz than stock.
I'm also keen to see how far I can push the old E6600, I had 3.3 stable for day to day use. I'm sure I can get much higher

Received my sample this morning . Will test tomorrow and post results up asap.
Can i ask what the difference is between the IC Diamond paste and IC Perihelion paste?
Do they both work straight out of the tube without any curing period? or does the ICP being a ceramic compound require curing?
Asking as I got both samples and if any require bedding in, I will do that last.

likewise, it'll get here eventually, probably sat in a customs shed somewhere mixed in with a pile of stuff waiting for clearence.

I received both TIMS, which was nice, thanks ICD, most appreciated.
I will get testing early next week as I'm awaiting for my replacement ram due to an RMA.

Finally it arrived. Thanks IC Diamond
The tubes are atleast 1.5 times wider than MX-4 tube.
I will be testing IC Diamond against MX-4 on my Q6600 in about 2 weeks time.
Testing will be done using Intel Burn Test.
To make testing more accurate I will be reapplying MX-4 again.
Just want to ask does IC Diamond have curing time? People generally seem to notice improvement 2 hours after the application of the TIM.
When I do use IC diamond I won't test it immediately. I will let it 'settle down' for few days by playing some games, web browsing, general computer use. Same thing goes for MX-4. Hence 2 weeks period. Testing will be taking place over 2-3 days.
I may then use perihelion aswell and do some prime95 small ffts testing but may not be able to post within 30 days specified. Will the results thread be still open as further results may be posted in near future.
