Is it CD-based rather than DVD then? The gf's father's E38 has the old CD-based system with the small 4:3 screen. As yours has a bigger, widescreen monitor I always assumed it would be a more recent, DVD-based system?TomO said:you just get different discs to cover different countries.![]()

might be difficult to fit though as you would need a custom section built in mid section to match it up.

I'd really recommend this upgrade, I recently went from a mk3 CD nav computer to a mk4 DVD one and the difference is amazing. The perspective mode is great, and my Intravee ainet converter seems to work much faster reading and displaying the ID3 tags from my changer.TomO said:CD based still. i am considering the upgrade to DVD and new software as the current system is a PITA and slow.
