Icecold's mobility thread

Looking to get into this. Im a decent-ish runner but have no core strength and very poor posture. So think doing this stuff would help me both running and in life. I get neck pain from sitting at the computer all day.

However some of the videos I have seen are really challenging for me ( which is frustrating ) like the clamb where you engage your glutes, literally I have no glute strength so cant feel them firing at all.

Im guessing I have to start off very small before I start seeing any benifits?
 
I thought I would revive this thread as it has been really useful over the years and could help others out! That and I couldn't remember all the mobility I used to do and now need to do again, to get back in to lifting! hah
