She's effectively a hooker, he pays for all her stuff and she blows him. I don't see the issue as long as he knows what the deal is.
You only live once, might as well live the best life you can in the short time you have. The girl is giving up her best years to bang an old wrinkly dude for some material crap, she's getting a raw deal. I doubt he will leave his fortune to her if thats whats shes hoping for.

I wouldn't say it's disgusting. But I would say they are both likely to be using the other in a calculated business transaction, rather then genuine romantic entanglement.

You don’t really need 200 million, OK perhaps if in your 70s then it helps to be rich... but there are plenty of white guys in the west with hot/younger Eastern European or Asian wives/girlfriends.
There are probably a few on this forum - seems to be a thing in IT for white guys to go for Asian wives/girlfriends.
Some people find two men or two women dating 'disgusting' the law regarding what people do in private shouldn't be based on what others find objectionable but rather what is the likely hood for harm to a party if the activity is not controlled and the ability of the parties to make informed decisions.
Thats why we have laws against people having sex with children under the age of 16 but not laws preventing adults having sex with thoose with far greater age differences.
Because the assumption is that the consequences for the average child under 16 are likely to be far greater in the long vs an adult and because they are assumed to be less caoapable and less responsible and therefore less able to make informed decisions about their bodies and life.
The 18 year old having sex with a 15 year old would not officially be classed as a paedophile but rather a sexual offender (as paedophilia is a sexual attraction to pre pubescent children).

An 18 yr old dating a 15 yr old is dodgy and potentially manipulative. IIRC dating someone in the year below was acceptable but beyond that you’d be a bit odd... a guy nearly about to go to university dating someone in year 10 would be rightfully considered inappropriate by most.
A 25 yr old dating a 73 yr old is very odd/creepy but she’s old enough to make her own decisions there.
Also if we're just talking about dating then the law has absolutely nothing to say on that, and if said 18/15 year olds waited to 19/16 before starting an intimate relationship, then who could say that was dodgy or wrong even in the slightest.
You don't need £200 million, just being a well off company owner or something can get you the pick of the birds. Or get yourself a Philippino bird, a lot of the older gents round here were shipping them over in the 90s. I know one who is still with one after 20 years, although she has aged a bit now.
Plenty, I guess it depends but generally if the 16 yr old was still in secondary school and the 19 yr old was in 1st year of uni then it is a bit odd to say the least and most people would wonder why he can’t get a girlfriend his own age.
On the other hand a third year student dating a first year at uni is totally fine...
Well I find that odd. 3 years is such a ridiculously small age difference, that becomes utterly meaningless very quickly as they both age. Since no laws would be broken I would suggest those people should mind their own business and be less judgemental

You're missing the point, it is the relative age differences/life experience/maturity etc.. not the fact it is 3 years... like I said a 3rd year or 4th year uni student dating a 1st year would generally be fine.
I think you'd be in the minority there tbh... no way that would it look good... Dave is dating the blonde girl from the floor above that he met in fresher's week, James is dating a girl from his course, Dan is dating a girl from another halls that he met in the union... oh and Keith... Keith has a 16 year old girlfriend from the local secondary school who he met when she snuck out and used fake ID to get into the local nightclub. He's going to take her to the local cinema on a second date, her parents will be thrilled I'm sure... His friends thought it was totally normal and OK when she turned up to his halls in school uniform. He's now earned the nickname paedo Keith.

I can't think of a single 70 year old woman that I would find attractive. They are either wrinkly prunes or plastic.
Oh I don’t know, I went to a funeral last year, and met up with a cousin that I hadn’t seen for years, she was slim, expensively dressed and coiffured, with make up applied sparingly, she wasn’t beautiful, but she was very attractive.
