As the op stated its an air rifle so no license needed and as per my prev post there are about 3 offences the guy has fallen foul of. Its down to the op what he does now but imo as a responsible airgunner, this ******** needs it taking off him as he gives everyone else a bad name

I'm well aware of the law but its more than reasonable to assume its a sub 12ft lb's as FAC Air rifles are very few and far between and if you are using FAC Airrifles you might as well get a .22LR

no. as i stated in the original post, i warned the neighbour that i will report him if seen outside with a rifle again, and have left it at that. hopefully it wont come to that though. he seems to have gotten the message.
