Even assuming your insides don't get squished by 30Gs of force your senses wouldn't be fast enough so you wouldn't see anything coming, at that speed a fly would probably do a fair amount of damage. If your senses were fast enough everything else around you would seem painfully slow.

Just you that's invisible or everything you touch? If it's just you then you would have to run around naked and what you just ate would look as if it's floating in mid-air, half digested. Either way you'd be blind, if the light is passing around or through you then your eyes won't work.

I'd have time control. Rewind, pause, slow-down, fast forward.
You could change anything in the past and see the future. And pausing time would be just like teleportation to everyone else. More time to finish assignments too.
