If you had the money, what car would you buy?

My dad had one during the 70's.Mustard yellow with a vinyl roof and i loved it.He also had a Triumph Herald Vitesse [i think it was] and a MK1 Lotus Cortina.

Mine would be the SSC Ultimate Aero. The world fastest car if it was built to a high enough amount.

1046 bhp and a 273mph top speed. :D

Then a Koenigsegg CCX would do me good.

In the world of Fantasy i would have the Mclaren Mercedes Convertible we have at work.VEry sweet and i would post pictures if it didnt mean me getting the sack :(

Money no object, eh?

Well, I'd start with a genuine one of these:

and, if I was really that rich, then I would have this:

But as 722 is pretty much priceless, being slightly more "realistic" I'd have:

An Enzo purely for when I'm feeling ostentatious.

A 911 Turbo (probably Gembella Avalanche GT) for every day driving. Either that or an SLR.

An R32 because I've become attached to Golfs, as it was/is my first car. Would be more of a utility car though, like taking stuff to the dump when I don't want my Turbo to get all muddy/messed up.

Would probably get an RS4 cabriolet or an M6 cabriolet for those sunny days when I need to transport more than 2 people.

Becuase a small hatchback is a great utility car for taking stuff to the dump. Don't be so daft, you know it'd be an RS4 Avant. With towbar.

It might sound odd but i would be more than happy with a black Audi RS4.

:)
Not odd to me. I'd probably have a 535d Sport Touring. At least for every day anyway. :)

It was my Auntie who started me off, she had a V8 Stag ages back. Thinking about it, I'll add that to my list of "If you have the money" cars.

My Stag

Still needs work on it, but that's part and parcel of owning a classic :)

How much money are we talking? Enough for 1 car, or a collection?

1 car - Escort Cosworth

Collection - Escort Cosworth, DeLorean, Ferrari F40, Mclaren F1, Eleanor, R34 Skyline GTR...

The list could go on forever :D
