Chicken Biryani, my lunch today :)
 
Cheers j.col, I'll try heaped spoons next time as I used a level spoon of seeds and crushed them. Probably was too little spice in there.

Also I'm going to stick to oil, i didn't like the smell of the ghee while cooking.
 
I am making this tonight. Will put a photo up if I remember (and I do not drink too much beer whilst I am cooking it). :D

Heading off to the Sainsburys Megastore in Reading soon, I hope they have all the bits I need.
