Yeah but the scenario isn't realistic. if you woke up after 10 years in a coma you would be in a lot of pain so unbearable without heavy drugs you wouldn't be able to think at all apart from this is sore and if under heavy drugs you wouldn't be thinking about food but killing yourself.
