4,5 and 6 only. They're just more fun. I'm not entirely sure I could ever watch the prequels again after seeing Mr. Plinkett's dissections of them, let along watch them with someone else.

There was a DVD release of the original trilogy done without all the stupid CGI updates. Pretty hard to find now though.

George Lucas hunts them down in his spare time. Apparently he won't stop until they're all destroyed.
