Another retailer has it listed as in stock from Monday 18th for £460. Not sure how accurate that is of course.

OCUK preorders without a listed ETA are notoriously unreliable, however. The XV340CK was up for preorder for 3 months before any stock arrived. Same for the CU34G2X - except no stock has arrived yet, while other places got shipments.

Will definitely look into buying this. A lot of monitor for the monitor. They have a curved CA planel version too that will be coming out. Wonder which one would be the better buy in terms of panel quality. I usually prefer IPS over VA.

Saw this earlier there's also a slightly cheaper model at £343.49 with a 4ms (not sure what other differences their are).

Seem like good value for money considering the alternatives. :D
I think the 4ms variant is not 144hz and freesynch. Id say the extra 50/55 pounds is worthwhile investment for those 2 features.

Hey @Gibbo, there's a typo in the product description. The large text says 3840x1440. And is this Gsync-compatible? My nephew is going to need a decent monitor at university (so any order will be in September - no hurry).

Great news!

Is the AMD premium freesynch features compatible with G-synch too? I am referring to the Low Frame Rate compensation (LFRC).

Will definitely need to upgrade my old GPU for this monitor, R9 390 8GB. CPU should be, running 5820K @ 4.5GHz 16GB Ram, ASUS X99-S. Looking forward to the RDNA 2 and Ampere launches, will complement the monitor well @ 144hz. RX 6700XT and RTX 3070S could realistically reach RTX 2080TI, I am sure that should be sufficient on this monitor with some tweaks to settings.
