No the point is it evens out no matter what, if you're gettin such big difference then I think you've made a mistake somewhere, whatever you win at the bookies you should be payin out the same at the exchange and vice versa

NORMALLY, yes, but is this definitely the case when the LAY odds of 6.4 are shorter than the BET odds of 7.0 ? I know this is a pretty rare scenario, but it seems a good one.

If you're still convinced that I've made a mistake then I'll concede defeat and wait to see what happens with the returns. I think I almost fully grasp it, I know WHAT I need to do to balance out bets to unlock the freebies, I just seem to struggle to track the +/- from my bank account through the two betting systems to figure out my profit.

Yes you should be able to put money back onto a ccard.

If anyone finds a good SNR FREEBET - please post it here as I have $50 sitting and cant find anything above 60% at the moment :-( except for the U-19 Portugal match @ 87% but would have to lay and have cover for $380 or something.
Cheers

depends what bookie your on though mate, each one can be miles away from another one.

However, try this site : http://www.valuechecker.co.uk

Found that yesterday, not sure yet how much good it can do but I cant see it doin any harm.

cheers will check that out now.
The $50 freebet is with VCBet - seems most bookies are roughly the same though. Its just finding the right event -

$50? Jipped yourself out of 25 quid there, if you register VCBet.co.uk the bonus is £50.

I think a lot of people are jumpin into bookies a bit quick, always read the terms and conditions and always check that your getting the maximum bonus.

A lot of bookies say upto a certain price and in what currencies, dont play in dolla$ if you can play in £ as its nearly always gonna be more.

Signed up to VC Casino via Quico account - how long before the cashback shows up in the account?

Playing through my hands jsut now at blackjack.

US laptop buddy and have not got the pound sign figured yet (or know the shortcut) so always just say $ instead of writing pounds :)
Yes I have 50 pounds free bet waiting :D

fair enough then mate, just makin sure you weren't missin out on more profit.

Also, you can go through control panel and change keyboard language to UK and then the upper case 3 should be £.

Also has anyone played the ladbrokes casino? Seem to have two options with the second one being a bit easier.

If you don't like the idea of £10 hands you might prefer to deposit £50. Then you only have to wager £200 to collect your £50 bonus, then wager the final £200 and you're done. This can be done at a far more manageable £5 a hand for the first part and £1 a hand for the second part.

£10 hands is too much imo :(

i sitting at a £110 profit so far

although....

awaiting for withdrawals of 91.50 WH
credit of £50 from Yukom
credit of £69 from Red Lounge
awaiting for withrawals of 98.70 B24

im finding it easier to give, rather than receive money :(

still fingers crossed they come out soon.

will stick to matched betting for the rest of the week, as had some rough luck on the casinos last night.

I still don't quite get the whole thing if Im honest. Every example I read I get lost in at some stage during it. The long example posted a page or so back I kind of got, then you tried to post to many things into one step and got me confused.

last post on my weird calculations, but I found this which I think backs me up : From the FUNDMYDEGREE.com site.:

Arbitrage Bets

99% of the time the odds will be lower at the bookmaker than the odds at the betting exchange. If you can find one where the odds are lower at the betting exchange you can make a guaranteed profit even without the free bet! This is called an "arbitrage bet". If you can find one of these use it immediately! It doesn't even have to be for a qualifying or free bet, just use your own money and make a profit. You can tell if a bet is an arbitrage bet if the "percentage of original bet retained" box in the Matched Betting Calculator is greater than 100.

From the long example post the bits you don't understand and I'll try and explain it for you.

Just done this for the first time:

Asian Cup, Saudi Araba vs Bahrain (tomorrow, 11.20AM)

Draw backed at BetFred at odds of 3.25
Draw layed at BetFair at odds of 3.25

Hopefully I haven't made some terrible mistake somewhere ;)

Well I lost just 78p out of this. Unfortunatly I can't use my Betfred free bet because my account has been blocked :( E-mailed them hoping that will work but if not at least I have only lost 78p

Having trouble finding a decent qualifying bet for Betfred/ Betfair

Just to clarify, what I'm looking for is a soccer game that is just over odds of 2 for either team to win and being as close as possible. I lay a bet on Betfair for a team to win, and I back/bet for the other team to win on Betfred. And if its a draw I get half from both sites.

Then I'll get this £50 free bet from Betfred, then release it with another bet, then withdraw and splash the money on drink?!

Thanks anksta :)

Woah hold on, I'll let anksta clarify this because I obviously have my own problems, but you need to bet for a team to win at the bookies, then LAY THE SAME TEAM at betfair. It's the only way that it cancels out.

You're exactly right, you need to BET and LAY the EXACT SAME OUTCOME. Otherwise things like draws factor in. You BET (Back the outcome) which says you think that outcome will happen and LAY the same outcome, saying that outcome wont happen. This is NOT the same as betting for each team to win at different places.
