Yes made clear by ordered and shall be arriving in a few months as they are built to order and ours is a custom specification with a few options added and in a grey outer shell. :)

Once it arrives September/October is due date I shall take more pictures of it in the garden and if your really lucky you might get a picture of me in it. ;)

Ive made my thoughts on them clear in here several times. Your experience is why I dislike them.
Could have been worse. You could have caught crypto.

They said it was clean and they’d used all the right chemicals etc, wasn’t just me, we went over for a BBQ pre lockdown and 4 other people bit the dust as well. They were mortified and have now got rid of it.

could have just as easily come from the BBQ too, I am sure we shall be fine as many people have hot tubs without issue but it is also why I have spent more money on getting a state of the art tub that has excellent filtration and Clear Ray / UV bulb for killing bacteria and well fingers crossed we shall get along OK with it. :)

Remember filter maintenance and correct chemical dosing is key.
The uv won't knock out everything. It does allow you to maintain a lower chlorine residual though.

Yeah, some people that came down with bug didn’t eat. There is something like a teaspoon of poo in most hot tubs, nice ;)

I can imagine all we can do is keep on top of chemicals, change water out every month or two, shower before entering etc.
