During (some of the parts arrived damaged unfortunately so having to wait for the replacements to arrive). Also, some hooks, an additional shelf and a fitted cushion to be added:

Nice one, can get a serious workout from dips/muscle ups. Got a setup in an old shed and currently working on false grip and turning my arms out. Really satifying progression with the rings.

Nice, this looks way better than my ‘setup’

Currenty doing a squat challenge.

Day 1 - 30 squats
2 - 35
3 - 40
4 - rest day
5 - 50
6 - 55
7 - 60

I’m on my rest day today thankfully. Been doing it with a 20kg kettlebell. Tomorrow doing 50 is going to be pure pain

Gymnastic ring workouts are fantastic so any setup using them is good. Shed/farm outhouse could do with a clean but gets good airflow so it works for me.

Lot of reps, what you aiming for..pistol squats?

No aim, just trying the challenge as my girlfriend is also doing it.

I did the 25 pushup one too but couldnt be bothered doing it over 25 days so just did 25 sets of 25 pushups in 1 day. (With proper form)
Wow was I sore the day after

I received the 100" ALR (Ambient light rejection) screen for the UST projector. The plan was originally to wait until all the new furniture & sofas arrive and the room was decorated, but I am a man child and I couldn't wait. (hence the mismatch of old Ikea stuff)

The screen cost $750, arrived from China in 3 days. Very good quality construction and engineering, but the screen fabric itself is incredible. If you look at it (in ambient light) from above, it's completely black. From below, it's bright white.

The laser projector projected a watchable picture on a white wall during an overcast day, but with the screen, the contrast is just astounding. It beats my non-oled 65" tv (nothing will ever beat oled!). It is crystal clear and finally highlights the abilities of the UST projector. I'm looking forward to getting the new furniture, as that's what the screen position was based on (hence why the current projected image doesn't fit it all - the Ikea box thing is too high).

(The compressed potato picture doesn't do it any justice at all)

I bet home gym equipment retailers are bloody loving this lockdown!

The normal retailers haven't been too bad, they just can't get stock. The amazon and ebay merchants have done the usual jacking up in price. Wouldn't even go near gumtree just now, I actually listed one of my benches because I didn't need it and it was taking up space, had it up for a realistic, reasonable price. The guy that bought it was chuffed to bits.

In the last two months i've spent about £400 at Mirafit mainly because i've wanted some new bars and treated myself, but the prices have been the same pre-lockdown from them at least.

I may have to give some a go. There is no worse feeling on the saddle than when the legs turn into jelly and even in moments like that sweets never save me :(

I think my waistline will disagree with if Supermix has anything wrong with it :p
If you get to that point its already too late. There's a reason energy gels say on the packet to consume every 20 mins and while that might be overkill, a steady stream of fueling makes a world of difference.
