Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

That's very, very cool!

Do you have sort of fetish for old graphics cards?

I cannot confirm or deny that! Although let's say I have a great fondness for them; and there are specific ones I yearn for :p

He'd have to be careful if he does, all bodily fluids are conductive.

That’s why he’s so pleased with the bubble wrap and shrink wrap!

If mayo can be used as TIM, why not something else I say!

Cambridge Audio Melomania 1, to replace my samsung buds that I managed to run through the washing machine. Very impressed with the quality at this pricepoint for wireless buds.

Micro UBS makes me sad for the charging. Definitely look like they're worth considering as I was debating the pixel buds!

New Bose QC in-ears as I find my QC35IIs a bit bulky for the commute sometimes.

Must say that these are very similar in terms of levels of noise cancellation, very impressed - almost missed my stop on the tube as the block out all the tube sounds at level 10.

Also USB C charging and wireless charging. Not having volume controls on the ear buds is a bit of an oversight from Bose but hopefully something they can implement in software updates.

Hey, result, pleased for you - and my box may not have been as pristine as that - certainly not sealed.

Thank you.
I found a good two more in absolute pristine condition, not arrived yet.

I still have my old socket 745 Athlon 64 system, going to fire her up later, after I get a replacement PSU and have a blast with all the classics!

I bought them at start of lock down, after going through many pairs.
Love them, I can hear notes and kicks and vocals et all happening all over the place. Lovely clear sound to them.

Bought myself some boots for the winterz!

They look absolutely awesome IMO and are built like panzer tanks! They are red wing moc toe roughnecks, for anyone interested.

Bought 3 pairs online and returning 2. There’s a lot of chat online about how these fit and how you should go ultra tight... but I’ve decided to go for the naturally comfiest pair that had zero heel slippage (the momma bears - just right). The tighter fitting ones a half size down were bearable but just felt like they were rubbing immediately in several places. Could be a nightmare when walking around all day. If I go on a hike I’ll just wear bigger socks. Guess you’ve just got to go with your gut sometimes!

I actually forgot about this for months having previously made a mental note to replace...

Noticed one day the extension green lights for surge protection going into the desk setup were out, a quick google revealed once the light is out or dim it's time to replace the extension as it's no longer providing surge protection. How do people check surge protection status on outlets and extensions without an indicator??

^^ These are around 8 years old so a quick search on Amazon later I found a 12 gang socket designed for server cabinets but usable around the home. Some reviews stated various sockets wouldn't allow anything to be plugged in, possible QC issues etc but I found the same one on the Kenable website for a few quid cheaper and once it arrived, all sockets worked fine, no buzzing which was something else a couple reviews mentioned either. Nice that it's modular, you can swap around the brackets and the side the power inlet cable goes into.

I should stop coming in here, it always costs me money :D

Ordered !

I may install it "upside down" to fit the plugs in easier and lash it to some cable tray to make my own cable management arrangement ....
