Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

I feel like a kid on Christmas day who opened a present to find a jelly baby, but a jelly baby that I'm really pleased with and then someone sitting next to me opens a present to find a Ferrari with Kylie in the passenger seat!

lol :D

What was wrong with your old liver?

Probably a good time to mention registering as an organ donor. https://www.organdonation.nhs.uk/register-to-donate/register-your-details/

I had an autoimmune liver disease called Primary Sclerosing Cholangitisis.
This slowly leads to scaring and narrowing of the bile ducts within the liver, eventually leading to liver failure.
I was diagnosed about 8 years ago, things have progressively gotten worse over the last year and went rapidly downhill about 3 months ago when I turned yellow and have been really unwell.
I was listed for a transplant on 17th October and had my transplant 11 days later. I was expecting to wait around 4 - 6 months but my health deteriorated that quickly I went straight to the top of the list.
Everything's working well and I'm already feeling the best I've felt for a long time.

Interested in those fish oil tabs, how much and where? I'm guessing if you got that many it must have been a good deal

Edit - Just seen chipperhead  all the best for a speedy recovery

Just congratulate him on his scar, and write to the chancellor to do away with it, or integrate it into taxes so they don't confuse people with historical anecdotes.

Yes it is impressive but I look at Clinical Photography all day so I'm quite immune to gore.
Good luck to chipperhead though.

Don't tell anyone but I used to think NI was to do with the NHS when I was younger.

A mixed bag this week. :)

I didn't know Bryan Cranston had a biography out... Might have to check that out!

I can vouch for the Rothenberger - most stuff I buy from them are good stuff :)

[quote="chipperhead, post: 30212845"]Well I pay my National Insurance so this is my latest purchase via the NHS, a new liver.
Second hand, but forever eternally grateful to the previous owner :)

No, sold as seen. Well unseen :)

Some national insurance and mostly tax according to online sources?

Nice bottle of champagne for Christmas :)

A mifi router to replace the dodgy £7 3G dongle from China in the car. Expected to be using the WiFi part of it for the car stereo, but connecting it to the USB results in it acting like a wired network adapter, didn't expect that, which was nice.
