It's the handshake between your devices which is the issue. Thanks to the mess that is USB-C and it's many standards.

That's to do with transfer speeds not charging.

I’m just listing the spec of the cable. I would link it but I think that might break the rules.

The cable will be a minimum of 3 Amp rated. Good for upto 60w.

It's not t he cable that's the issue, it'll be the charger itself. I have the same issue with some chargers.
