Try this, one of the best curry sauces I've made.

If you can handle Carolina reaper,.my ex told.me the best sticks to get but I just saw the offer and pulled the trigger.
Tbh I haven't tried them yet but they smell awesome just in the box

When I cook with Reapers I prefer to do an overnight slow cook to release more flavours over willy waving heat.
My 5 bean chilli will have one Reaper and a bag of Finger chilli's for example and then slow cooked for between 7 and 10 hours.

Ah ok that's worth knowing, I added some.lemon juice today.and that's really added something,.but definitely better on day 2 , probably finish it tomorrow and it will be even better I am guessing

Also 1 teaspoon full for that size pan was ridiculously hot but that's on top of two tablespoons on extra hot chilli powder (not really that hot) having said that it was about £8 a bag but goes a long way, put Kashmiri chilli in there also but seems more about colour and subtle flavour

I do wonder if you could sous vide vegan stuff. It's amazeballs for meat but dunno what you could do with veg.

Most veg doesn’t need 100c to cook, like carrots for example. So yes, cooking to the right temperature retains both its crunchy texture and more importantly, don’t break down as much of its nutrients.

What's your ass like tho? I am getting sick of having liquid poo.

It's weirdly fine tbh but I think I have a slow system though, I have a collect order from m&s tomorrow so it will probably kick in when I am out , having said that 3 coffees in a row usually sorts me out on a.morning tmi

Interesting, never heard of that before

I can't speak for vegan cuisine but for meat, it's simply the best way to cook. When you go to posh places like the Ivy or the Bluebird, it's all sous vide. Look in to it, if it's as good for your veggies as it is for my meat, you're in for one hell of a treat :D
