Managed to somehow get my 3 year old daughter into Transformers, she's been loving it. Jumped upon the opportunity to get some toys for "her" :)

The bumblebee model can actually transform into the VW beetle but its a huge faff! Rodimus is just highly poseable in the robot form but still awesome

Still got a lot of the original gen1 stuff somewhere at my old mans house in storage - probably worth a few bob now if they'd been kept in packages - especially one of the Optimus primes I have is fairly rare, but it got a lot of play time in the 90s.

I was on the phone to my mum the other day who thinks she still has some of my transformers somewhere at her place - unfortunately she lives on the West Coast of America!

I really like the design of the back of the Pixel 9s, a Dbrand skin to make it into Bender would be amazing

£3.80 for a coffee and it's made by a machine... I'm sure Euston used to have a decent (ish) place for coffee.

Still, I went in WHSmith first and couldn't bring myself to pay similar for a plastic bottle of fizzy rubbish.

Having had a shocking past 1-2 months, I've decided to run away last minute!

Will land in time to get to Chiang Mai for Loy Krathong, which will hopefully be a great thing to see.

I've not left Europe before, so the flight will be an experience in itself.

What time do you land?

Pack shorts, it will be humid. If in doubt for food, go to a mall, head to food court where you can get both western and local foods cooked to a higher hygiene standards.

Just after 6pm I believe, booked a hotel near the airport, then flight to Chiang Mai the next day. Couldn't face a 9pm flight the same day I arrive!

Will spend most time up in the north, then head back to Bangkok for a few days before heading home I reckon.
