Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

They are often very inaccurate and ineffective other than just telling you your weight. If you're interested in health metrics get blood tests done and if you're REALLY interested in the nooks and crannies get a DEXA scan.

Funnily enough i've been debating a DEXA scan. They're actually not as expensive as i feared.

I dont get it... All the Googling comes up is saying its just for bone density. What else can it show/be used for?

Yeah that's what put me off too when i googled, but it's meant to be able to show full body composition for muscle, fat etc. Made me wonder if there were different levels

Had plumbing blockage and over the last few days no amount of attempts to unblock worked, fishing around with those twisty wire things, bottles of chemicals, those bellow-type plungers..,.. nothing.

This was the last resort before calling someone out and have to say quite a nifty bit of kit for £22~ - Can charge up to 7 bar of air pressure to force through any blockage.
I recently had an accident with this and the shower tray drain flooded the celling space below..... it can work but be careful with it :P

Is that a stable puncher the tyre? since in the middle it can be repaired? Correctly repair with patch from the inside and not those twisty plug thing if going fast :P
One of my bikes got stolen, so now kitting out the one I wasn't intending on using as the main ebike. New grips and saddle
