That's not how this works.

You use that one, then realise energy monitoring is worthwhile, so buy that one and then move this elsewhere. Then realise everything should be connected and end up like @aVdub
Haha yeah admittedly, I got on the smart plug bandwagon early and have swapped a few now for P110s. Only 3 in total though I think :D

On the topic of these smart plugs, am I expecting miracles to want a standard socket faceplate that incorporates smart technology?

It doesn't seem like there's anything on the market with matter integration, USB-C with .c 30W output? Ignoring any random Chinese brand on Amazon.

I got an alert from my Tapo monitor that you had tagged me in this post :D

Energy monitoring on a plug is fine if you enjoy charts and cannot understand how things use electricity.

Spreadsheet #1 - My kettle draws more than my desk led lamp
Spreadsheet #2 - My electric oven draws more than my electric toothbrush

Before you open it, see if you want the P110 that has energy monitoring. Really useful little thing to monitor anything you are interested in (I use it to track my tumble dryer, split AC, Plex server).

So I set up the first one and SWMBO made us drive to Asda to expand the selection

Bought a peloton from marketplace. Nobody told me they were so heavy - this may be a one way trip as it's stuck in the boot of my car

This the one with the broken screen?

Yeah, around 60kg aren't they? I've bought something similar to be delivered Monday and i'm concerned about moving from house to house!

It's one with a broken screen but a different one. They actually gave me the mat and shoes etc lol. I've just learnt for zwift you need smart pedals or a device I'm not sure is available in the UK. Need to do my research!

I had the Peloton bike for 223 weeks, I know the weeks because that is how long my week streak is :) I was 117kg when I started and now stable at 97kg, still eat anything and everything :)

I bought a office chair to replace my daughter's gaming chair which is falling apart

Curious how you find the chair. Given you usually buy cheaper Chinese stuff. I don’t use one much as stand at my desk a lot but sometimes a chair would be nice.

Whilst not ideal. A cheap cadence sensor would get you onto Zwift. Just wouldn’t control the peloton for hills/speed etc

Legend - I had read this and forgotten it. I'm not even sure what model of peloton I have, but maybe starting with a cadence sensor and evolving to pedals or the dpc could be a plan. Thank you!

Yeah. My suggestion would be AliExpress. Magene do one for about a fiver delivered.

I’ve got two here but probably cost me more to buy an envelope and post you one than Ali express would charge!
