Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

Yeah. My suggestion would be AliExpress. Magene do one for about a fiver delivered.

I’ve got two here but probably cost me more to buy an envelope and post you one than Ali express would charge!
Super kind - went for some Amazon one (25 for Speed and Cadence); will see how I get on.

@LuckyBenski can you see if you can fix the screen? She reckoned it was bricked but there is zero power at all - any video I see on YT is frozen etc. Must be something physical inside or a bad powerbrick? :D

Have been to this coffee shop a couple of times and the coffee is lovely.

So I bought some beans, a beans airtight container thing which I also filled with beans. Some tea for the other half and a candle.

Yeah, definitely worth a try!

You know Peloton has a monthly subscription cost right? (I think?)
Yeah this would be a "oh thanks you fixed it but I'm not paying the sub I just wanted to see if it would work again" kind of deal. I'll leave it to one side and you're welcome to it when we inevitably have a beer

How many of these things do you have now?
6 or 7?

RGxxSP (the one above)
A30, the black one above
Miyoo Mini v2 (the original one that kicked it all off)
Miyoo Mini Plus (slightly larger version of it)
RG35xxh (dead)
RG40xxv (not opened yet)
Retroid Pocket Flip
and the Steam Deck

Curious how you find the chair. Given you usually buy cheaper Chinese stuff. I don’t use one much as stand at my desk a lot but sometimes a chair would be nice.
It is at £109 and I thought I just go for the highest # of reviews and 4.3 stars, cheaper than the £200 chair I got free 1.5 years ago.

If it is a Peloton Plus the speakers on it is not half bad and also it can do auto resistance change if you can hack it to work without subs? No idea :P

I've just learnt for zwift you need smart pedals or a device I'm not sure is available in the UK. Need to do my research!
If you wanted to Zwift, a Peleton bike seems an odd route to go? I would saying emulating the hills and such was the main reason to Zwift, no? You can buy smart pedals, but they are about the same price as a smart trainer...

Don’t quote me but I think the speed sensor might need GPS so wouldn’t work.

The cadence will though.

Without a screen do you have any way to adjust resistance?

If it’s two separate sensors, the speed sensor isn’t going to do much on a Peloton. It’s designed to go on the hub of your front wheel. You tell it the size of the wheel and it works out your speed from the rpm.

My agency did some work for Edgcumbs a few years ago. Good to see they’re going strong. :)

I can also recommend Moonroast Coffee in Alresford. Might not be close enough to you to pop into the roastary, but they supply quite a few caffès and coffee vans around the south coast.

Zwift is just a bit of fun, my wife just wants a spin bike and some YouTube classes.

It has a big red knob

Ah interesting, I'll read up properly and return one worst case.

My dad lives that way so I’ll pop in when I’m next going to see him, thanks!
