Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

Yeh sorry man, (speccy/exhaust) uploaded them to image uploader from my PC personally. These are the ones I bought... Spectrum is in storage for my collection, and exhaust well I can't take a photo of it under car!

Don't really use this thread, but if it's pushing any rules feel free to delete those!

Saw that advertised on TV the other (the speccy) when I was sat playing my actual speccy....

It's not my original (the tape version) but it feels much the same and the games all work. I've still got the tapes but not the machine so they are all untested now.

I’ve heard positive things, I’ve been using the geefix for insanely heavy. I was considering some of the Fischer plasterboard fixings as I use the masonry ones as standard.

Do you have a setting tool? I heard that ensures a better fixing.

Yes a setting tool is required and doesn't cost much.
I've hung large floating shelves and have a Trek Slash 8 and separately a Specialized mtb hanging from bike racks on plasterboard with just two of those fixings in both.
The setting tool means once fixed the bolt can be removed and added time after time.

Insanely engineered watch hand pressing thingie and some nato straps all from aliexpress, the straps were awesome value for money at a quid each, the hand presser was comparatively reassuringly expensive!
Is that the one i've seen gifs of where you can compress the plungers (?) then slide your finger off so they jump up, landing exactly back in place?

Some sweet tools for easy days out. £90 a pop from DMM at the mo, a steal!
Hopefully get more use out of mine this year than the last couple! Took a week off to go to Scotland last Feb and it was over 10C on the summit of the Ben, everything was green.

The mistake you made there is booking on advance :p I have given up arranging trips, just send out the bat signal when the conditions look good and see who's up for a blast up north!

I only got one day of winter in last year, and that was in Wales, some decent ice too, although it was a slog to get up to it!

Historically, Feb has always been pretty reliable for us when we've been up, just not the last couple years. We managed one route in Scotland before it was completely stripped the following day. Although the route was only just about in, the water running behind ice and lumps falling on my head while belaying were a bit disconcerting! I also made it over to Wales in March for a quick blast up the Llech Ddu Spur before it was all gone the next day.
