Also bought my first house :) Move in on Thursday

That's a new build right? They started sticking these wooden houses up in a few places because they are really quick to build, basically flat pack.

They look really nice, like the houses the Americans love to build in front of tornadoes. But I can't imagine the wood looking that nice in 10 years time. So I'm a bit wary :/

Info on the iPad mount? Brand/model? Is it genuinely good, or just do a job?

I don't have a link I'm afraid as it was off eBay and the seller is no longer active. It was just a generic gooseneck iPad mount though, paid about £12 I think but it's brilliant. Very sturdy, doesn't move at all unless you want it too.

That'll be wood effect plastic cladding. Zero maintenance needed really other than the occasional pressure wash.
