Years ago it's was handy when you were stopped at a checkpoint by the police or army.
I carry my wallet around so my disfigured body can be better identified in the event they pull me out of a horrific wreck one day. Seems a logical reason?

Had to pop back out again. Managed to grab these Blu-rays, 'The Fellowship of the Ring (Extended Edition)', 'Hobo with a Shotgun', 'Killing Them Soflty' and 'Flight of the Phoenix' for a quid each.
