awesome bit of kit though

I got the performance bundle for £270 at the rainforest
I mainly bought it for the sat nav as I get lost really easily but you can get cheaper versions without the maps/navigation function

I had previously been using a cheap cycle computer to show me the speed ,rpm and distance travelled + smart phone to gps log the ride. (smart phone can show the speed/distance travelled too but you can't really mount one onto your bike easily and they are bulky)

my garmin is also waterproof so I don't need to worry about it getting wet
