Why? There are 16 250W panels. That makes a 4KW system. Yes they will never produce 4KW but it doesn't change the fact that it's a 4KW system.

I have a 1 litre water jug in the kitchen but I never fill it all the way to the top. Does that mean it shouldn't be called a 1 litre jug?

cheers, always nice to know other manufacturers. Generally when I'm specifying stuff on drawings its either Sandtoft or Solar World Sundeck Panels.
