Tesco one is made by Bodum pretty sure I read it's identical just 1/3 the price.

I think there was a HUKD post about it. I could be wrong.
 
Definitely not the same mine is quite heavy solid glass and feels like the floor would break if dropped. :)

It looks completely different in that pic.

I'm in a wheelchair from a spinal cord injury so I'm already considering doing a build log of the redesign and adaption process over in Home & Garden.
It could be a slightly more unusual build thread than other members have written, coming from a disability/accessible/functional view.

That would be quite interesting. I deal with the space standards when designing new houses so it would be good to see how you get on with your alterations in that house.
 
Just finished up watching the season 3 finale so nice of this to turn up at work today. More of a red wine drinker but quite partial to a Sauvignon Blanc
