Nice that you've had a suit made but I have to say terrible choice on the lapels

Peaked/Pointed lapels are ok on a double breast, Morning coat, DJ and at a push possibly on certain unvented blazer cuts but definitely not on a single breasted suit cut with modern lines

Finally they arrive. Tried them on and they feel good. But only walking will tell. I'll go do a 6-8mile walk today and see how they are, but they will take about 6-8weeks to break in properly.

They aren't fashionable, to blunt, to wide and to stubby looking, but they're for walking not fashion and the picture doesn't show it as well as seeing the comparison in the flesh. But its a massive difference in shape, compared to my scarpas which are the best fitting ones I found in the shop.

So hopfully they will be comfy, otherwise biggest waste of money ever.

Ohhh, I think they only just set up one this year in Sloane Street.

I think they have 'outlets' in Harrods and Selfridges, but I think they may be womens only, can't quite remember. I think Harvey Nichols as well maybe.

I don't at the moment as its mainly been computer based setting everything up software side ready for fitting in the cabinet which I need to restore. If it is of interest I am happy to start a build log (which forum sub-section would I put this?)

I took them out of the box and err..tied them?

Agreed I need to sort the laces out so they are straight but hey ho
