New toy! Bought second hand for £50 with a big box of nails and a gas canister.

Also bought one of them adjustable desk lamps that a few people have posted. It's basically the same sort of quality of the £20 ones in B&Q, but a bit cheaper at £16.99 inc del, from ebay. Can't seem to get a very good picture of it as its black, but does look really good on my desk.

Also bought an E27 LED 5w bulb for it in cool white.

mobo is listed as coming with a free heat sink but didn't actually come with one....so will send it all back under DSR if it turns it it was a mistake on the website :rolleyes:

What ever happened to the days of buying kids some conkers and marbles and maybe a sock filled with nuts, tangerines, boiled sweets:D

I want to introduce him to the world of proper pc gaming whilst he is still young and absorbing knowledge like a sponge

every time I go to his mums he's playing spore or minecraft at like 15fps on her laptop :S it's horrible to watch

Good stuff, nothing wrong with learning the young ones about pc's was just jesting, i know a few people who think computers are evil for kids.
