How much?

It was about 430EUR or something? I forget.

Speaking of setting it up... it's confusing as anything! I couldn't get in to the setup as it said I was driving so I found I could ground out the Parking brake sensor to bypass that. That didn't really help as I then didn't know how to get Aha the iPhone app working on it (has to be connected via cable to the unit, which is doesn't say online) and then it's the other app link stuff which doesn't show you how to use it online at all.

The USB stuff (from a 500GB HDD anyway) takes about 5 minutes to index to be able to be navigated through. The phone set up is really good, I like that. Have the microphone sorted and routed neatly and BT just hooks up as soon as I get in the car and done.

I need to test it with the Wife's Nexus 5 and Mirrorlink when I pick her up later, interested to see that.
Also, I can't have it working fully at the moment due to the Bose system in the car, so I have ordered an adaptor and facia for it so then I can properly get it all sorted.

Really neat though and sounds are good too. Much better connectivity in this day and age since I never use CDs anymore.

Need to take it out of the box and post pics of it naked, its a lovely looking board but like hell id spend £400+ for it lol.

It's naked beauty....

There will be more and I'll post a link to the build later. :)

A ****load of fruit for my smoothies.

Probably not the place, and you're completely free to do whatever you want, but I thought I'd drop some friendly information in case it's useful.

When you blend/smooth fruit, you are tearing apart their biological makeup. Where they are usually loaded with fiber, assisting in the slow digestion of natural sugars, smoothing them strips that all apart. What you're left with, is some fiber; but mainly, sugar that is ingested directly, with nothing to slow it down. This causes your blood sugar level to spike, resulting in a chain of events that essentially cause you to put on 'sugar weight' (especially around the middle)

Smoothies are marketed as being great for you, but they're really no better than liquid sugar.

The more you know, etc.

Cheers, didn't know that. What I usually do (don't know if this actually help) is buff it out with rolled oats, then I chuck 2 bananas in, some frozen mixed fruit and 1 juice from an orange. I literally haven't eaten bread for the last 2 months because this is my breakfast and is very filling. Would it help if I blend it so it's a bit more coarse and chunky so that more fibers stay intact?
