Hang on, this is the kind of thing that boards of directors look at being used at meetings and go "wow".

I'm going to take mine to work :D

How are you using it for a HTPC. Or just have it sat on your chair arm, with a massive USB cable to the tv.

Coffee table is in between me on the sofa and the television. Long USB cable from coffee table under the rug to the HTPC. I might even modify the coffee table (old one, needs a lick of paint) and build it into it, that's if it works well enough.

How are they to walk in? Clicky much?

How are they to ride in? Flexy much?

Not sure I could give you an honest opinion on the shoes as I'm paralysed below the knee both legs due to a type of muscular dystrophy. I wear carbon fibre leg splints Ossur AFO Dynamic both legs,

these change the way any shoes fee to me. Having said that although I have no muscle control below the knee I have very sensitive feet. They feel very secure and snug, maybe some would find them tight on the width fitting. They only click occasionally and the grip is very good when walking although I imagine in the wet they would be at least a little slick on mud.

The shape is good for getting the twist for release without catching the crank arms and they give what seems to me to be good support when riding but supple enough not to seem like ski boots when walking. The strap across the foot would probably seem short to some people if they have wider feet but works well to keep the laces out of the crank.

arrived home yesterday and decided to spend the left over holiday money on some comic stuff:

also purchased a second pair of converse, the joker pair were purchased at the beginning of the month for the holiday and the superman ones were on offer so i couldnt say no

not a fan of converse but I like the joker pair :) Seems somebody has an obsession with superheroes/villains? :p

I've always been a fan of batman and superman growing up through films and games but never been able to afford or really had much access to comics so now I have a family and a well paid job I can give them a go.

as for the converse I was never a big fan and have worn vans for the last 16ish years but they didn't have any I liked the look of as I've always worn the skate style. I loved the joker ones when I saw them so decided we would all get a pair of converse as a family for the holiday as my wife has always liked them and I picked them... I got back yesterday and they were that comfortable I looked and the superman pair were down to £30 so I couldn't turn that price down (I also don't like matching pairs so I can wear one of each pair... I have mild ocd with organising so I counteract it and refuse to wear matching socks or shoelaces and now I can wear odd shoes)

they have just released a black rubbered set of joker converse that will be my next purchase.
