I hardly use any of the functionality of a smart phone these days. Beyond going on the internet. And I take my laptop with me 99.99% of the time when I'm out of the house. The only time the smartphone is useful then is as an access point in the ridiculously rare event I can't connect to a wireless network somewhere. So decided to just go back to burner phones. I actually bought two. The other is now in the girlfriends car, incase she ever needs a spare. I think a full charge will give two weeks of standby. So it's handy for her to have incase she forgets a charger or needs it in an emergency.
