Problem is the sound from those speakers wouldnt be great sat that close. He's be better with studio monitors or something i'd have thought.

I got a Dell Venue 11 Pro for work, got it for £140 directly from Dell. They soon changed the price... :(

Tablet seems to be fine for office use, but wouldn't get one for home use, awful things. The 11" wide screen is terribad for using in your hands.

I intend to have it hooked up to a TV as a media server 80% of the time, but also portable when needed so should be good for me. But yeah, the 8" one is better if you want something for on the sofa.
