First registration was 29/09/2006 and it was built 04/07/2006 so it's definitely 8 years old.

I prefer flies to poo, but my Dad was in the body repair trade and I've been taught from a young age to spot bad panel gaps :p

Yep, well pointed out, but I still love it ;) miles better drive than my golf, stunning condition inside out inc drive and engine.

Of course it was, my golf was in a mess, paint flaking from bumpers, knocking noise ((ball joint drive) can belt kit needed doing, water pump, possible upcoming cylender problems I think.

My golf was traded in, and can spend 6k on a 56 plate bmw 320d with less than 60k on the clock if i want thanks

Sorry to disapoint everyone that I didn't buy a bland 2012 or 2013 car just because its new and its one year old

New cars do go arse up too you know, iv heard of loads of people having to take new cars back to the garage or even private sales gone wrong because of a major engine or other problems on there newer models

And yep serving me great thanks

Not trying to be funny as I havtnt got time or patients to argue, I closed the other thread for a reason

Age doesn't matter as long as it has been well looked after, which it has, has decent milage, which it has, has service history, which it has

What is the problem, 5-6k is the average price I would have been paying for any car on this buy, the age is fine, features are more than i expected for the price


Sorry I didn't want another car like a volvo or a seat exeo

Go and bash some e46 owners for owning old cars.

Pastime is one word and sorry for spoiling the fun on a 7k 8 year old pre LCI 320d se with cloth seats, reflector headlights and no idrive. Might as well buy a Skoda.

7 k list price, im paying 5.5k trade in, or 6.3k ish with finance

Dark black cloth is fine, the whole cabin is dark black with silver trim. Leather is pants! Annoys the #### out of me and cracks and ends up looking ####.

And buy your own skoda if you really want one that bad
