Yeah they really are good but as you've probably read, the handles let them down. Nothing particularly wrong with it I guess... Just a little flimsy. Not such a lightweight for an allu jack though eh?!

It was amusing watching the delivery bloke struggling with it! Definitely not as light as I thought it would be, but much more manageable than a steel one :)

Breffo Spiderpod to hold my phone in the car! :)

That looks boss!

I might consider getting one, how is it in regards to holding the device? Does it hold it fairly tight?

Not fitted it yet, but the legs seem to stay exactly where I put them without any spring-back

I'll get it in tomorrow and post a few piccies!

Just waiting for my Lighter socket/2100mAh USB extension and braided USB cable to arrive (needed due to the stupid position VAG put the lighter socket in their cars!)

Yamato~

This parcel arrived the other day but I was too tired to make a post. :p

Let's open it up!

This is Bandai version of Yamato-chan plus a keyring of Yudachi-chan

The back of the box. Really impressed with the box design, it's top quality and should be for the price I paid for this, you looking somewhere around £100+ when I add shipping and customs which stole £31+.

Yamato fully built, shes got joints so can position her anyhow I want and plus her turrets move and turn. :p I don't really buy these type of figures, but shes the first Yamato figure for Kancolle to be released and so had to get her! :D

Till next time. ;)

It annoys me that one of her socks is lower than the other; but then it makes me smile that they thought it important she hold a battleship-style parasol amid all those heavy guns.

Just fitted it...

It's not bad! I've not driven with it yet, so I don't know about any springiness that might occur, but it holds the phone tightly (as it's rubber it grips nicely)

Had to bend a bit here and there, and move the vent down and toward the drivers side to make sure it was 'trapped'

I'll report back once I've had a drive too and from work tomorrow (140 mile round trip)

I'll try and get some pics of the phone in it later too!! :)

That looks like a lot of fun Cosimo :)

It’s a very comprehensive guide to the night sky. Monthly charts, astronomical phenomena and a detailed monthly viewing guide make up half the guide. The other half consists of articles and some miscellaneous data at the end. Nearly four hundred pages of goodness and is an invaluable reference. Can be found for quite a silly price and would make a great present for anyone interested in astronomy. :)

Nice! Will add that to my Amazon Wish List of books :)
