My Mazda has a subtle blue backlight on the dials. Looks nice and isn't too distracting, but does mean you occasionally think you've got your full beams on when you don't (and vice versa) because of the blue glow.

OEM lights tend to be less "bling"y, it was an aftermarket unit that annoyed me that time.
