Obviously they added little things like making it a little bit quicker, new camera, a new screen, faster LTE, new form factor, new IOS but essentially it is still an iPhone running the same IOS.

As soon as you like. Might be waiting a while for stock however.

There's a big performance difference from my previous iPhone 4 which was 4 years old (and incidentally still worth £80 when recycled via Apple).

They did offer, but it appeared to be a flat offer of £45 irrespective of spec. Not sure if that's a today only to keep the traffic running smoothly through the store?

The website is offering £80 for a 32Gb, unlocked in fully working condition.

Ok, with the release of the new iPhone 6 / 6 plus there is bound to be influx of images and that's perfectly fine.
