That place needs a reef aquarium (If the Floors strong enough).
It was in the original plans between the kitchen and hallway, around 4.5m wide but we had to cut costs and that was a big ticket item.

Not so much, she was a close friends sister and she managed to get the other sides no win no fee solicitor drop the case. She did not do it for free but it was far far less then it could have been.
The direct access rules saved me having to go to a law firm.

Yes I am not too clued up on the legal system but it worked out ok in the end.
no its involves major structural work and I want to move back to london at some point.
